De buurt wordt door bendes en drugdealers geterroriseerd maar hij denkt niet dat je er iets aan kan doen. Als hij getuige is van een beroving moet hij vluchten en verstopt hij zich uren lang in een afvalcontainer. Als hij eruit komt wordt hij door een komeet geraakt die volledig in hem op gaat. Hij is ernstig gewond maar geneest wonderbaarlijk snel. Dan blijkt hij bijzondere krachten te hebben die hij inzet in de strijd tegen de misdaad in de buurt.
